about the skirt.. it's probably in a store SOMEWHERE because i thought that canada didn't even GET the skirts, but determined to find it, i did by chance! and i've only come across 2 out of like, 4 stores in downtown toronto so just keep looking if you want it as badly as i did, lol! or you can just wait until you stumble upon it by chance!
