(Men's Hanes Shirt, F21 Skirt, Dirty Laundry Boots, Grandma's Belt)
Koreans are health freaks. I haven't seen one fat person since I got here and my body is considered average. i.e., I'm not considered skinny although I'm considered tall and voluptuous, which i find really funny hehe
From the food they eat (I haven't eaten anything gross yet, Thank God) to the work outs they do people really take care of their health. (some take care of their health a little too much)
This area is located right behind my grandma's house and the whole asphalt floor or whatever has some kind of cushion underneath it so that people could run, walk and work out without getting a sprained ankle.
I wish the States had something like this. I'd be running around everyday then.

wow! cool belt. my granny has some cool old belts too. actually, i brought one along for the trip too!
and yeah, i love the cushioned ground! it's everywhere! even in the kids park outside of the apartment!
and about the health freaks.. SO TRUE. my aunt insists i eat everything and anything that's good for my health, weather it tastes good or bad. for example: i don't normally eat nuts but she's making me eat pine nuts, walnuts, almonds, etc etc, then she made me drink a 유자차 that was the most unsweet thing i've ever drank! tasted like cough syrup, and all the beans in the rice.. omg, i hate beans in rice!
oh well, she IS letting me stay in her apartment for my stay here.. plus, it's conveniently located downtown near 압구정!
maybe i'll bump into you one day! how long are you staying for?

yay, you're in korea! i'm here too! there's not exactly much to do here, but go to myongdong sometime, there's a lot of good shopping there.

hilarious. love your outfit. those boots are always a favourite of mine and i think the one thing that forever 21 does especially well are circle skirts. this is a great one.
haha so funny! i get the same thing when i visit my family in hong kong. they all think i should 'consider losing weight' and am slightly 'chubby'! and it doesn't help that my brother and i are freakishly tall compared to everyone else!

All sorts of insecurities are running through my mind. This Korean woman once told me that I shouldn't be so tan because it makes me uglier. And I'm probably 4sizes and 4 inches taller than you too...bleh.

my korean friend jon owns this amazing yogurt shop in nyc called "crazy bananas" is is nothing like pink berry. he only uses high quality natural, and organic ingredients and it extremely health conscious. every korean i've met is health conscious and in shape. the american diet is aweful. i would so love to visit korea. the skirt looks amazing the way you've styled it.
