I've been looking for the perfect bedding that's not white.
I'm thinking maybe charcoal gray.
I've been looking everywhere from crate & barrel to online and can't find anything that's 'the one'

Ooh! I bought the most beautiful bedwear from Wood & Scherer, some of their stuff is WAY colourful, but some are classic/elegant pieces...love their stuff, although I haven't checked out their current range:

I'm sure many people have already suggested it, but Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie have really great bedding. Unique, comfy and colorful. I love your wedges and the colors of the pillows in that last picture.
