If you're running out of closet space like me, the Stolmen closet system from Ikea might be a good alternative.
Closet organization is definitely on top of my New Year's Resolution along trying to start eating healthy and working out.

This interior idea is visually appealing, but your clothes definitely needs to be colorful to make the walls pop!
The holidays have got me eating crap too. I want to start up Bikram yoga again. A good sweat always makes me feel better :)

My New Year's resolution is to reduce my closet on only these thing I'll wear and to have tidy room and not be selfish =)
I love stolmen closet from ikea, it looks very good, but I don't like that there aren't any doors and wall. I think that it's impractical.
Ohh, yes, I love the open Closet from Ikea... was always thinking of turning one of my rooms into a walk-in closet, but I bet things really get dusty, no? But one thing is for sure: It looks great!

I'm just planning on doing major spring cleaning and clearing out my closet of things I don't wear anymore... hopefully that will clear at least a little bit of space. :p
My resolutions are to play guitar more, be on tumblr less, do yoga 5x a week and include fruits/veggies in every meal :)
This is a brilliant way to organize clothes! Then again, that probably means I actually have to start organizing and organization is definitely not the word to describe my closet.
I love Ikea Ideas. My whole rom has a little something from ikea. Billy bookcases rule!!!

Ahhh I would love a closet like that but the problem is that you have to keep them super tidy to avoid your whole room looking a mess - not one of my strong points really.
