I'm so in love with this beautiful Spanish style home. It reminds me of this home I used to live in Glendale for a brief time with all the Spanish influences. I love how lived in this home looks and all the rustic architectural details are driving me nuts.. such as the stone wall, wooden beams, and the porous fireplace (I'm assuming it's concrete.)
I'm really not a fan of those black leather sofas but in this home, it works so well.
Now, let's talk about the blue and white chevron tiles in the kitchen with the army of Spanish men playing instruments. Wouldn't this make cooking that much more enjoyable? I might actually stay in the kitchen and cook rather than burning food!

Adele, Spanish men? I'm spanish and I've never seen a man like that here...they are mexican men in a mexican style house :)
Yes, I agree with miss Lipstick. I´m Spanish too and this is more mexican style than spanish :)
I love spanish styled homes! The details are always so beautiful and the homes really look lived in. From Brooklyn with love ~jen
I like this house. It's gorgeous, but I have to agree with my fellow bloggers above this comment saying that this is a MEXICAN style house. The "Spanish Men" are actually Mariachis, originally Mexican. The Virgen of Guadalupe's paints make it truly Mexican. The picture of the women holding the flowers between the plates is of a Native Latin American, an indian, not a Spanish woman who look completely different.
About the fireplace, maybe it's made of volcanic rock :)
You have such great design style! I love the spanish style as well. Just wanna move right in :)

What a dream house...so beautiful!
I would have to agree with some of the other bloggers, the mariachis, the virgen, and the plates (which you find everywhere in michoacan) are Mexican. Love this post.
I think you confuse Spanish with Mexican!
youre wrong, its not spanish, its MEXICAN!!!
IM SO PROUD EVERYBODY LOVES THE MEXICAN STYLE SO MUCH AS I DO ;);)
LOVE the blend of culture and modern! This is perfect!
This is more Mexican than Spanish... but a great post indeed.
Hi, I totally agree with Liz, this post has nothing of spanish.. it has virgen de Guadalupe, a book thats says ...Revolución MEXICANA...army of Spanish men playing instruments??? those are Mariachi!!! Being mexican I feel a little bit annoyed by your confusion :(
Hi! this is my first time I read your blog and I like it. it's very interesting <3 this is such an antique and lovely interior look post. so beyond my imagination !!

Cat.
Hey!! the home have Mexican style, I'm Mexican and the "the army of Spanish men playing instruments" are Mariachi, and the women is Virgen de Guadalupe. All is so Mexican! Kisses

Maybe as I am spanish.. we always want what we don't have ;)
I love your style, I love your site I love the way you are BUT mexico is not SPANISH! SPAIN IS IN EUROPE NO IN MEXICO!!
